While fashion experts expect some of your favorite trends to continue in 2019, you’ll be reinventing them in interesting ways. It’s always exciting to get involved in a new year of clothing and style, but let’s celebrate the past year a little: in 2018 you could experiment with some great fashion trends – autumn, spring and even summer. The denim-on-denim ensemble was strong throughout the year and minimalist fashion became more popular. “Geometric Minimalism” dominated the jewelry market, just as jewelry designer and expert Heena Shah predicted in 2017. Prior to 2018, Genevieve Hartmann Colom, manager of style training at Trunk Club, told The List that she expected “French Girl Chic” to be a powerful force. And clearly, minimalist styles with French influence were in fashion throughout 2018.
During 2019, some of these models from 2018 will continue to influence fashion trends. At the same time, it’s a brand new year, and of course that means brand new trends will hit the stores in the course of 2019. Glossy fabrics, sexless fashions, lots of fun colors and feathers (yes feathers!) Are just a selection of the styles to be seen in 2019. We did our homework and talked to experts. Therefore here without further ado the fashion trends that will follow in 2019.
